Ontario won 9-4.  No excuses, but

1 - Wave played better
2 - Bears missing several players for All Star Skills
3 - Bear coaches trying new/different combinations
4 - Wave played better
5 - We want you to lose your bet.

Not sure if 2 and 3 made any difference, 1 and 4 (yes, I know they are the same) was the key, as is usually the case at this level.
