So anyone really know why Tahoe Prep Academy wasn't able to participate in State Playoffs?

Top 4 qualified - bottom 2 did not (West Ranch and Tahoe).

I know very little about HS hockey so I ask this... Why is it that Tahoe only has 2 games listed in the standings? West Ranch has more but certainly not as many as the other 4. Anyone know how the league is set up?  Just curious
