Now this site is heating up. All parents complain including ours. As long as the A. Waves don't win it all I will be happy. Their overrated and soft.

I don't care who wins since unfortunately I know it's not going to be us but I'm curious how you can call a first place team overrated and soft? Sounds like someone might be a little sour their little Jonny didn't make the team?

If you've seen my previous post younwill know that I've never claimed my son was good. He works hard and true and I'm OK with that. In regards to the A. Waves I wouldnt want my son playing for a team where the dad called the shots. But none the less good luck to your team.

Aren't you "whining and complaining" about the same thing?  Truth be told, EVERY team has those parents.  #thinargument

Like I said the top 3 are very even.  Not surprised Kings won, Wave are still the team to beat!

TTB, who cares who calls the shots?  especially if it does not affect TTB Jr. in any way 


Like goalie_dad has written, the 9 & 10 yr old athletes from the Artesia Wave, SD Jr Gulls & the 9 yr olds from the Jr Kings, ACTUALLY most of the 8 teams from SCAHA Squirt A are playing very well and have improved throughout this season!  Any given Sunday?

Seeing as how he was removed from the building, we are eager to hear Tommy's view of his coach's behavior during the game yesterday.

Yesterday our kids played well and we won 3-2. Playing KHS is like playing in that Barn in Ontario. The Refing was atrocious again!!!! My daughter can call a better game than that. But none the less we got the win after playing short-handed for half a period.

Please do not pass over the fact that Coach and you were both extended an invitation to not watch the game that was taking place in your words, "like playing in that barn in Ontario"

If you were at the game you would've realized that the coach didn't deserve the boot. If the ref controls the game from the beginning we wouldn't have parent upset over what's going on. They need to correct the Refing issues before one of these kids gets hurt or a parent storms the ice.

Agreed, but we all know bad officals & crazy parents are not new to USA Hockey or even SCAHA!  I actually even have alot of respect for your Coach, the skills he teaches your athletes and the passion he has for the game and his athletes, BUT; what did YOU do or say that got you booted?  I also have respect for your ability to dish it out and take it here on CalHockey.  But I see that your son wasn't even on the scoresheet yesterday, the Jr Ducks2 '07 goalie played the whole game, what gives TTB?

The adjectives that were used towards the ref weren't appreciated, it was wrong but sometimes you just can't take anymore of that garage. It was a big game for us and a Coach's Decision.
