Title: NorCal A/BB/B travel tryouts now in August

 NorCal Board has voted to reschedule the 2019-2020 A/BB/B level travel tryouts for all NorCal clubs to allow for development over the summer.
 
Old:
 Friday, June 07 - Sunday, June 09

 New:
 Friday, Aug 09 - Sunday, Aug 11

Interesting.....might put a kink in some people's normal summer vacation plans.

This is how it should be!  When I tell other hockey people that CA tryouts are in May/June they are stunned.

Somehow this decision will find a way to make for more inconvenience for everyone else.

Doubtful given that there isn't cross state play in those divisions. 


And just for perspective, East coast Tier 1 tryouts (PW on UP):  April 10!


For younger age groups, it's actually Mid march, lol.


The bigger concern for lots of people in LA area is the shrinking summer break which is down to 2.5 months now :(
