Why do North American development models result in such statistical disparity?  Is this a characteristic common to the development models in other lands, such as Finland?  Will ADM ultimately provide statistical balance?    2 year age group binning continues to trend more towards birthyear age binning...but perhaps a move to 6 month age binning could provide more balance (along with doubling the dollars flowing into the bigger AAA clubs).    Or is there something junior clubs are failing to recognize in terms of long term talent projections?  Until its figured out, the injustices of being a Christmas baby go beyond never really getting an actual birthday present.  The numbers are ridiculous and serve as evidence that we're not sufficiently developing a substantial portion of our player bases.
