Valencia Jr. Flyers Bantam AA (2004 / 2005)


Head coach: Pavel Sisak

Highlights of our AA program
- 5 hours a week on the ice (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 2h)
- 3 hours a week workout at our new gym
- regular off ice testing
- hockey theory with video and usa hockey inteligym
- academic and goal setting meetings 1 on 1 with coaches
- nutritionist 

Pre-tryout skate:
Thursday 5/31 @ 7.00pm ($20)

Goalies are FREE!

TRYOUTS:

Friday 1/6 @ 7:30pm
Saturday 2/6 @ 8:30am
Sunday 3/6 @ 8:45am

That's a lot of skating and workout time.  Kuddos!  What is the cost?

Club Dues : $4800


Include:
- weekly team practices
- home / away games
- CAHA weekends
- off-ice training
- all associated coaching fees
- practice jersey / socks
- flyers workout apparel
