Title: LAKHSL
Post by: Knuckle Puck on May 15, 2018, 12:41:47 PM
LAKHSL has seen no increase in the number of teams for the past two seasons. Level of play still (charitably) A-level at best. Schools showing no interest in supporting teams. Practice slot times lousy at several rinks. ADHSHL at least has a decent foundation of programs/players, good quality teams at the Div. 1 level, and the coming ice palace in Irvine to attract interest. Kings need to commit to making this good, or should just end it and let the clubs serve this age group, because right now it looks a whole lot like the old Midget A just with different jerseys and less ice time. Unfortunate.

All the JK care about are their Tier 1 teams.  BTW...why are there separate Divisions for U15 and U16, but not U18?
