Title: Best inline skate wheels for outdoor?
Post by: ohnonotagain on July 21, 2021, 05:37:26 PM
Given Cali is the land of roller hockey, hoping someone can chime in.  Son (AAA level) is looking for replacement wheels for his Marsblades, looking for recommendations on wheels that would be best for outdoor training.  We know nothing about quality of equipment.

Or, are they just all the same...

Thanks in advance for anyone that can advise.

From my son (whose been playing roller hockey for past 9 years:  soft wheels you can use for indoor (roller rink) and for outdoor use. Harder wheels are for outdoor use (concrete, asphalt). He recommends Konix wheels. If your son is not going to play at indoor and/or covered rinks (like Irvine, etc.), then go with hard wheels.
