The SCAHA mobile version still only lists preseason. Annoying.

Agreed.  Not sure why they took the approach of doing a completely seperate interface rather than just making it grid based and responsive.

There are a few other really annoying bugs, like the wonky way that the stats screen works, and it's annoying tendency to use either session or cookies for pagination, and having that get invisibly stuck.  It's a pain just to make the selections of the information you want to see.  UI is not their strong point, clearly.

I actually like the CAHA site... seems pretty easy to navigate for scores and schedules. The old scaha site didn't work in my phone browser, so I get why they were trying to change it.

Yeah but that is just basic stuff for any competent web design/development group these days.    There is some code that essentially degrades or hides stuff depending on the characteristics of the browser.  You have one set of code, rather than several completely different sets with different bugs in them.  For a site as simple as Scaha, I can't understand why they did a seperate codebase.   Needless to say you can see the problems -- the mobile site doesn't even offer the same information, and as pointed out, doesn't have the current standings or even regular season choice right now.

Haha, maybe you could email them and volunteer your services for free... after all, it is a non-profit organization.

I don't think that non-profit means that the people that coded the site did it for free.  ;)

I was taught the trick of pulling up the scaha site on your phone. Don't go to scaha.com, just search "SCAHA". the scaha.com come site will be listed first, click on "standings" and the web version will open.

Seems like pretty much any link directly to the .xhtml pages will get you around the front door that directs to the "mobile" pages.

Nice tip!

If you have an android phone and use the chrome browser go to google in your browser. tap the 3 dots at the top right of the browser and select "request desktop site."  Then search for scaha and it will bring you to the scaha desktop site. There is a similar process for iphones I am sure.

I like Jr. Kings in the rematch. Jr. Ducks (Runtso) as well. I think they're better than record indicates.

Kings are a good team, just think the Gulls size and physical play is tough for them.
