Caimans team announcement/interest skate

As of April 17, 2017, the Classical Academy Caimans announce a club name change as the team will now be known as the North County Sea Dogs. We are very proud of our relationship and success as the Caimans during our first 2 seasons in the ADHSHL. In order to reflect the diversity of our player roster, we are very excited to now be known as the Sea Dogs Hockey Club (SDHC).


The Sea Dogs are also very proud to announce the hiring of Matt Kunsman as the Head Coach/Hockey Director of the SDHC. Matt comes with playing experience at the Junior, Collegiate and professional level along with extensive coaching experience within Club/Tier programs. Along with Matt’s hiring, the club is looking forward to fielding both Varsity and Junior Varsity teams in the ADHSHL this season.

Please join on us on Thursday April 27th at Poway Ice for an interest skate and to meet Coach Kunsman.  The skate will be 5:30p-6:30pm and the cost is $25.

The San Diego Ice Arena will also be hosting a San Diego ADHSHL information night on Sunday, May 7th at 5:30pm.  Commissioner Matt Blanchart and Coach Kunsman will be in attendance to answer any questions.

High Schools in Escondido, Fallbrook, Vista, Temecula and Murrieta along with Mission Hills HS and Foothills HS in San Marcos comprise the Sea Dogs team district. If you have any questions or would like additional information, please contact us at:cahshockey@gmail.com
