Highlights of our AA program
- 5 hours a week on the ice (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 2h)
- 3 hours a week workout at our new gym
- regular off ice testing
- hockey theory with video and usa hockey inteligym
- academic and goal setting meetings 1 on 1 with coaches
- nutritionist 

Pre-tryout skate:     Thursday 5/31 @ 5.45pm ($20)
                                Goalies are FREE!

TRYOUTS:
Friday 1/6 @ 6:15pm
Saturday 2/6 @ 7:15am
Sunday 3/6 @ 7:30am
