I think the jr Ducks will beat the Jr kings mark my word

That makes no sense. The two teams played. One team beat the other... but you "think" the losing team is better. Rank teams on what they've done, not what you think they're going to do.

WOW! you must have the Stars over the Flames and Kings above the Penguins because they won last night, but then again... that Jr Ducks team the Bears beat last Sunday have yet to win a Regular season game... I'm with you on the Squirt A ranking.

I know but I still think Jr Ducks are a better team based on what I have seen this season.  Next time they meet I think Ducks win by 2.

Look at my history, I am objective.  Just think Ducks are stronger than Bears based on all their games played.

I'm sure it will be tighter than the 10-5 drubbing the Kings put on them last time.  Preseason or not, the Ducks got bushwhacked.

Ducks 1 lost to the Ducks 2 by only 2, the Bears got beat up by the Ducks 2 8-0 so I would also rank the Ducks 1 above the Bears. I'm hoping that Ducks 2 beat the Kings but I'm not that confident about that. We hope they play like 9 year olds and the Ducks get a win. They are the most complete team in our division when their clicking on all cylinders...... we have to give credit where credit is due, if my son was an 2007 I would want him on that team because of the coaching and talent on that team. That being said I hope we smash them when we play them.

By this logic, the Bears then should be below Ontario Wave. They lost to Ducks (2) 2-0. Even though they've also lost to the Bears.

In some cases yes but not always. Sometimes the better team just doesn't play well and end up taking a L. It happens everyday. That's just Sports 101. Example if the Gulls get beat by the last place team is that team better than the Gulls?

Bad analogy. Better analogy is if a winless 7th place team beats a winless 6th place team, which is better? In your logic, the still winless 6th place team... which is now in 7th. Umm...

Lol, you are correct. My point was just because a team beats ones doesn't always mean they are better. I've seen both those teams play and the Duck 1 are better than the Bears. The O. Waves will get better with time but will not be better than either the Bears or Ducks 1.

I think it comes down to body of work. I just use Myhockeyranking to stay sane.. lol.. just keep winning and the rest usually works itself out. Looking at one game usually comes down to the eye test and that's open to interpretation.

 Using a ducks 1 versus ducks 2 game as a basis of comparison is fundamentally flawed.    The score means virtually nothing.  Often the when a club plays another team within the club they do not run up the score on the other team the way they would an opposing club.    It just makes sense that one coat would not want to embarrass other kids from his own [size=78%]program.  Rank whoever you want wherever you want but expect to get called under informed about you hockey if you use this kind of analysis,[/size]

Neither would a coach. Although some outerwear does seem to be bad in the sportsmanship category.
