The game earlier was more than physical, that play was dirty as hell!!!! That's how kids get hurt, plus it's a long season. There is no place in Squirt of PW for hits like that. If the refs cant control the games the kids will, and it is proven that they dont always make the best decisions.

Ducks 2 lost, Ducks 1 shouldve beat the Kings but couldn't close in the last 3 minutes.

Wave (Artesia) win handily.  After being close in 1st., pulled away in 2nd & 3rd periods, 9-2.

Ducks 2 had a dirty play against them by Ice Dogs?  Who would have ever guessed?  Doesn't a team usually take on the personality of their Coach?  Do tell more, please.

Final score of Ducks 2 vs Ice Dogs?

Also, final score of scrimmage on Saturday?

Dirty play against them?? You have to be kidding......the play was nothing other than two kids going  for the same real estate BOTH with their heads down. Ice Dog player happens to be much larger so it definitely looked worse; however before you go call a 10yr old dirty you should see it. These kids definitely take on the coaches personality, which is gritty and hard working but definitely not dirty. Here's an angle from the play that validates that both players went for the pick at the same time

looked like little guy had puck and ID player ran right into him, certainly a penalty.

That looks nothing like what I had heard about today.  From what I can see, that was two kids going for the same puck where one was giving up thirty plus pounds.

Ducks 1 goalie today made a ton of good saves.  Kings played only slightly better than yesterday and only tied/went ahead late.  Ducks 1 deserve a lot of credit.

Sure it's definitely a penalty, and the player needs to learn to keep his head up; however they're squirt players and a penalty and a dirty play/player are entirely different. The ID player is actually a pretty sesnsotove kid that doesn't mean to ever hurt anyone and then to have a dad come drop F bombs repeatedly at the player in the box and ID bench was ridiculous. Keep it in perspective people! The most important part of the entire play was making sure the injured player was ok.

Yelling at the kid while in the Box??? Was he reported?? I've seen parents get a Match for doing less!

Doesn't look like a dirty play from the video... D was going for it, skated into kid with puck. It was a body on body play. Happens all the time at Squirt. Is the kid okay?

Why are the Ducks BB even in that Squirt A tournament.  Goalie_dad who is playing in the finals for this tournament. What's your prediction on the champion.

Sounds like someone has personal issues with the ID coach.  ::)
Personally I really like the ID coach - he has coached my kid for years both ice and roller. I wouldn't think twice about letting him coach my kid again. But it's a long drive so we'll stay where we are .... for now  ;)

The player didn't miss a single shift.  I assume that means he's okay.
