Just noticed this, too bad that nobody replied.
One name pops in my mind right away, his name is Garrett Kunisaki. He is one of the owners of Base Sticks. We just purchased a Base stick for my kid, and his specialty is shooting. He does a whole hour of video analysis of how a kid is shooting, identifying bad habits, how to improve it, etc. I was very impressed with the way he works. No coach ever pointed out things that he did, about my son's shooting habits. So, the first session guarantees an instant improvement.

Certainly not cheap, but you only need a few sessions, to get some good advice, and then practice with your team, or at home.
If you want cheap(er), any good hockey coach will do. Nothing wrong with them, there are many great coaches out there.
